Please contact us for a return
authorization number before you send any product(s)
back to us. Call us at 1-613-584-3148. Return authorization
numbers will be provided up to 14 days after your parcel arrives
at your post office.
Please include the packing slip or a copy of the sales receipt
that you received with your purchase and indicate the reason
for the return on the bottom section of the order form.

Cheques must have your name and address preprinted
on them. Returned cheques are subject to a $25 service charge.
